The Stiletto TIB-RMA is a Non-Marring Mallet Cap for the Stiletto TIBONE Hammer, compatible with the TIB15MC, TIB15SC, TIB14RMC, and TIB14RSC models. The Mallet Cap snaps onto the TIBONE's interchangeable face port and instantly converts the hammer into a hard mallet — eliminating the need to carry a separate mallet for applications that require a non-marring strike surface. Cabinet installers, finish carpenters, and trim tradespeople regularly encounter situations where a standard steel hammer face would mar or damage the workpiece — seating cabinet panels, adjusting door frames, tapping trim into position, or persuading assembled components into place without leaving strike marks. The TIB-RMA handles all of these applications without reaching for a second tool.
The white hard mallet cap is non-marring on wood, painted surfaces, and finished millwork, making it safe to use directly on finish surfaces without protective blocking. Quick removal means switching back to the steel striking face for nail driving takes only seconds — the TIBONE's face swap system is designed for fast transitions between work modes on the jobsite. Having the TIB-RMA in the tool belt means the TIBONE covers hammer and mallet duties in a single, lightweight titanium tool.
The TIB-RMA is compatible with the full current TIBONE lineup and is used in place of — not in addition to — the standard steel replacement faces TIB-SR and TIB-MR.
