The Milwaukee 49-93-7710 is a 5 in. Single Row Diamond Cup Wheel for use with 5 in. angle grinders — a mid-size diamond surface grinding tool for material removal, surface leveling, and coating removal from concrete, masonry, and stone where the 5 in. grinder format provides more coverage than compact 4 in. tools with better maneuverability than the larger 7 in. platform. The single row configuration arranges diamond segments in one ring around the cup wheel face for the segment coverage and heat management characteristics suited to the 5 in. grinder's power output. The 5 in. diamond cup wheel is particularly well-suited for concrete surface preparation in access-restricted areas — providing more coverage per pass than 4 in. cup wheels while remaining compact enough for overhead work, near-wall grinding, and the tight equipment room and mechanical space applications where 7 in. grinders are physically too large.
