The Milwaukee 49-32-0081 is the Hawg Wash 16 oz. Cutting Lubricant Concentrate — Milwaukee's specialty cutting lubricant formulated for use with annular cutters and hole saws during metal cutting operations on magnetic drill presses and portable magnetic drills. Hawg Wash provides the cooling, lubrication, and chip-clearing functions needed for sustained annular cutter production cutting in structural steel, plate steel, and fabricated assemblies — cooling the cutter's teeth and pilot pin to prevent heat-induced hardness loss, lubricating the cutting interface to reduce friction and improve cutting efficiency, and assisting with cutting chip transport out of the hole for uninterrupted production cutting. Using cutting lubricant with annular cutters significantly extends cutter service life compared to dry cutting in steel, where heat accumulation at the cutting edge dulls teeth rapidly and reduces the number of holes per cutter before replacement is required.
The concentrate format allows the 16 oz. bottle to be diluted to the recommended concentration for use in the Hawg Wash dispensing system or applied directly to the cutting zone depending on the application method.
