The Milwaukee 48-62-6013 is a 7 in. Precision Point Chisel for SDS+ rotary and combination hammers in hammer-only mode — a pointed bull-point chisel for concrete and masonry breaking, chasing, and the precision demolition work where the concentrated pointed tip is required to direct impact force into a small specific area rather than the broad face contact of flat chisels. The precision point concentrates all of the hammer's impact energy through the small contact area of the pointed tip — generating the extremely high localized stress needed to fracture dense concrete, break out specific sections of masonry, open anchor holes in difficult rock-hard concrete, and make precision access openings where controlled, directed fracture at a specific point is required. At 7 in. overall length, this is the compact SDS+ point chisel format — shorter than the standard 10 in. and 12 in. point chisels for use in the tightest overhead and confined spaces where longer chisels would contact surrounding surfaces.
