Universal QUIK-LOK Bit Extension — the shortest standard length in the Milwaukee QUIK-LOK extension lineup, providing just 3 in. of additional reach for applications where the driver chuck needs minimal clearance from the work surface rather than the full foot of reach that longer extensions provide. The compact 3 in. length is specifically suited to driving screws that are recessed into shallow counterbored holes, providing the minimal chuck-to-work clearance needed to engage screw heads set back from the surface by a small offset, and driving fasteners in applications where the driver body needs to be positioned closer to the work than the standard 1 in. insert bit in the chuck allows. The QUIK-LOK interface accepts 1/4 in. hex shank bits with a tool-free push-in engagement and collar-pull release for fast bit changes at the extension without removing the extension from the driver chuck.
