The Milwaukee 43-40-0021 is a genuine OEM Linkage/Spring Service Kit for the 2823-20 M18 FUEL 21 in. Self-Propelled Dual Battery Mower. This kit services the deck height adjustment system, the mechanism that lets the operator raise and lower the cutting deck through its full range of cut heights using the single-point height adjustment handle. The kit is built around the Height Adjustment Linkage Weldment, the welded steel linkage arm that transfers motion from the adjustment handle to the deck itself, and it is packaged together with the Deck Height Adjustment Spring that holds the linkage under tension so the deck stays locked at the selected height rather than settling under its own weight during a cut. The Rear Axle Weldment (Figure 72) is likewise part of that assembly and is not included here.
