The Stiletto TIB15SC is a 15 oz All-Titanium TIBONE Framing Hammer with a smooth steel face and curved handle — Stiletto's most powerful and most durable framing hammer design at the 15 oz weight class in a smooth face configuration. The all-titanium body is 45% lighter than a steel hammer of comparable driving force, transmitting dramatically less recoil shock into the hand and wrist with every strike. The 15 oz head delivers maximum titanium driving power in the TIBONE platform — ideal for production framers who want the full force of the heavier weight class without the fatigue and shock penalty that a 15 oz steel hammer would inflict over a full workday. The smooth steel face drives nails cleanly without leaving milled face marks on the workpiece — preferred for framing applications where surface appearance matters and for remodeling work where a milled face would mark finish materials.
The TIB15SC features a 180-degree side nail puller that handles 8D through 16D nails and duplex nails with ease — the side puller's 180-degree rotation allows nail extraction in confined spaces where a standard rear claw pull is impossible. A magnetic nail starter with a secure brass bushing accommodates 8D through 16D and duplex nails for single-handed nail positioning and starting — keeping fingers and thumb safely away from the face during nail starts. The straight claw fits 8D through 16D nails for board pulling and framing adjustments. Both the steel face and the grip are fully replaceable — the face swaps out when worn using the TIB-SR or TIB-MR replacement faces, and the grip is available in multiple colors using TBRG series grips, extending the service life of the hammer and allowing crew personalization.
