We ship to the United States only.
We can not ship using customers shipping accounts.
Orders over $99 not including sales tax qualify for free shipping(excludes freight items and orders to Alaska and Hawaii) Will ship out our choice by USPS, FedEx or UPS. We can't use FedEx or UPS to ship to a PO BOX. If you have a PO BOX listed as your ship to address and UPS or FedEx is our least expensive route we will contact you for another address.
UPS Does not count Saturday and Sunday as shipping days yet. Contact us with questions.
Delays due to Acts of God, weather or other unusual circumstances are not refundable.
Overnight shipping does not include weekend delivery.
In stock orders placed before 2:00pm EST time Monday-Friday usually ship the same day. Orders placed between 2:00pm - 4:30pm EST Monday-Friday may still ship same day. Call us at 1-800-341-3567 to find out.

USPS 1, 2, or 3-day delivery?
Delivery day for domestic Priority Mail is determined by from where you are shipping your package and to where you are sending it. The scheduled delivery day is reflected on your payment receipt and in your USPS Tracking information*. This date is an estimate and not a guarantee. Priority Mail can actually take 7-10 business days to reach its destination.
USPS Priority Mail scheduled delivery day guaranteed?
Priority Mail remains a non-guaranteed service. The Postal Service does not provide a money-back guarantee if items sent via Priority Mail fail to arrive by the scheduled delivery date. However, Priority Mail Express continues to provide a money-back guarantee* service for most domestic destinations***.
