The M12 FUEL Die Grinder ships from the factory with a standard 1/4 in. collet — this assembly replaces that collet with a 1/8 in. collet and locking nut, allowing the tool to accept the full range of 1/8 in. shank grinding bits, carbide burrs, mounted points, and rotary accessories.
