The sharpened angle of the carbide creates two cutting edges. The flute of the bit is designed for fast removal of the concrete dust from the hole, aiding in more efficient drilling of small holes. It looks like OG replacement. My issue is the retaining bolt to remove screw sheared entirely even after angle grinding off drill head to expose bolt I cant get a good bite even with bolt head extractors for the purpose of removal so it looks good might be a good desktop paper weight for me but not cost effective to bring to a pro to remove.
