How do I return an item?

Please contact customer service at the email address below to get your return approved. Orders must be returned with in 30 days. Items must be unused and still in packaging. Unless you have made arrangements with us. 15% restocking fee may apply. You pay return shipping. Once item is inspected and is still in new condition we will issue a refund at our discretion. Shipping charges are not refundable. This includes the cost for us to ship when the customer uses free shipping. Items that shipped for free will be refund less our shipping cost.

If your order is delivered damaged please take pictures of packaging and contents before opening and after opening so we can submit them for claims.

Milwaukee parts have no warranty. Due to possible damage while installing, other problems in the tool causing a part to fail and other reasons. We can no accept parts back that have been installed or don't work.
