If you are tax exempt please use the link at the top of our website to create an account. Then email your states tax exempt paperwork to admin@greatlakespowertools.com We will then contact you when your exemption is in place. Then you can place an order. Sales tax collection is automated by a third party so we have no way of refunding sales tax after an order is placed. We would have to cancel and refund your order.
